Shipping : Our usual shipping method is United Parcel Service ground, and delivery generally takes 6 to 10 days. Shipping rates are based on the total of the order and the zone to which it is being shipped. These rates are for the continental United States. If you are ordering from an area outside of the continental United States please email us to get a quote on the shipping charges and delivery times. If no inquiry is made for an international order, the shipment will be sent by the most economical method available, which may result in a longer delivery time.
Returns Policy: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with merchandise purchased from Tawnys Treasures, simply return the item within 30 days of receiving it for exchange, refund or full credit. If the item is defective, Tawnys Treasures will refund your return shipping charges and send a replacement item immediately, or refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In some cases a restocking fee may apply.
