Well, I have been in training for my new work at home job.  I am training to be a technical customer support agent. I am learning all about the product I am to support and  its various versions.  The hardest part was making sure my computer was qualified to run the software the company uses to provide a secure workplace.

Their requirements are fairly strict. In fact the login software checks every day to make sure I have installed any updates to windows my computer needs. If it is not up to date the scanning software will not let me log in.

The good thing is the class I am in is doing so well we appear to be a day ahead of schedule.  The pace is fast but they give us plenty of time to take the courses we need.
